Containerized relief valve test workshop.

Data logging system is included which permits test reports and graphs to be printed or saved on the laptop computer.

The valve to be tested is lifted and manoeuvred into place using the on board hoist.

A polycarbonate glass shield offers protection to the operator during test should the specimen fail under pressure.

The test pressure applied to the relief valve under test is continuously displayed on the laptop screen. A test report can be printed off or saved in the computer memory, giving information such as date, customer name, valve serial number, valve size, test medium etc. in addition to a graph of the test pressure v time.

A range of test plates and adaptors are provided.

The workshop is equipped with workbench and vice.

The container which houses the relief valve test workshop comes complete with certified lifting sling.

The workshop is supplied with air conditioning. This photo shows the air conditioning unit and also shows the fork lift truck access points.

The containerized workshop provides an ideal solution for on site valve testing. Containers can be supplied which are fully compliant with offshore regulations (as shown in the photo) or can be of a more basic design for use on land (around an oil refinery for example)
