| STANDARD WARRANTY TERMS |
| (a) | Hydratron equipment is guaranteed for a period of one year from date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship, provided that it's installation, application and maintenance are within the design specifications. |
| (b) | We will correct by repair or replacement, at our option and our expense, any proven defects, provided immediate written notice of such defects is given, and whenever practical to do so, the item is returned to our works at the purchaser's expense. |
| (c) | Normal wearing parts such as seals, which may have a useful service life of less than one year, are excluded from this warranty. |
| (d) | Components supplied by others are also excluded from this warranty. In which case, the manufacturer's own guarantee terms will apply. |
| (e) | The total financial obligation of Hydratron Ltd is limited to the purchase price of the items in question. |
| (f) | We will not assume liability for repairs or replacement by others without our prior consent. |
